3 years ago on Sunday, doesn't seem real. While time has changed, my heart remains the same. There is a big chunk missing, everyone seems to know but there seems to be a big part they can not understand. His best friend from Kansas came to visit this last weekend. Breaks my heart to watch others that loved him hurt so much. I miss his smile, his gentil ways, his laugh, his big hugs. He was AMAZING - simple but AMAZING, he changed my life from the day I found out he was going to be. I think that…

I became aware of Cindy's booklet of poetry at the April event in Milwaukee. Later I got several copies from her that I have given to special friends. Cindy's work is wonderful and very meaningful for all of us. I encourage you to contact Jim and Cindy to get your copy.

Good evening everyone! I know from reading different blogs both on BTRO's website and on BLOGS from fellow BTRO members who also belong to FACEBOOK we are all battling allergies and summer illnesses. The 5 of us "Uhl-Walkers" went to Branson, Missouri a couple of weeks ago on our Yearly vacation. Poor little Emma Gene spent most of the vacation in BED with a high FEVER. After arriving home, Earl and Courtney began to experience the same symptoms Emma had. Unfortunately I also got the "cold". Aft…

Thursday, May 21, 2009, Webster Transitional School in Cedarburg, Wisconsin held its annual Flag ceremony to honor all the Wisconsin soldiers who have been killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. The students raise a flag for each soldier, and all of the students place individual flags at the base of the the large flag. There are three photos of the flags in an album on our page. It is a touching ceremony put together by some wonderful teachers.
