Welcome to Being There Reaching Out

This site is a tribute to the families who have lost loved ones in our newest wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and beyond.
Please use this site to build a tribute page for your loved one, with his or her favorite songs, photos, videos. This site is for all to realize the sacrifice is real, it is here, where you live, where you love.

Good to meet people that would be interested in making the lives of our nations veterans in recovery and in P.T.S.D. counseling, better through Recreational Therapy. I've volunteered at Walter Reed for years and plan to get their Rec. Therapy progams up and running at our V.A. hospitals with volunteers and with the help of Vet. Service organizations.

I know you are the webmaster for this site and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the opportunity to post all the photos, poems and songs in memory of my beloved son, LCpl Eric A. Palmisano, USMC, KIA 4.2.06. I have always wanted to "build" a web site for him but just didnt have the resources. This is a wonderful site and I will continue to work on it and share it with family and friends. Thank you so much for your efforts and God Bless You. Bobbie Samme, Eric's Very Proud Mom
