- Mr. Jopek ~ My name is Michael Weaver. I live in Kaukauna, WI. I am a Sr. Ride Cpt. for the Patriot Guard. I was at Ryan's ceremonies when he came home for the final time. I have attended many ceremonies since that day. All as a member of the Patriot Guard. I last saw you in Oshkosh as we were both waiting for a traffice light to change a couple of weeks ago. Remembering Sgt Ryan Jopek
3 years ago on Sunday, doesn't seem real. While time has changed, my heart remains the same.
