Cindy Anderson's Poetry

I became aware of Cindy's booklet of poetry at the April event in Milwaukee. Later I got several copies from her that I have given to special friends. Cindy's work is wonderful and very meaningful for all of us. I encourage you to contact Jim and Cindy to get your copy.

Cedarburg Flags

Thursday, May 21, 2009, Webster Transitional School in Cedarburg, Wisconsin held its annual Flag ceremony to honor all the Wisconsin soldiers who have been killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. The students raise a flag for each soldier, and all of the students place individual flags at the base of the the large flag. There are three photos of the flags in an album on our page. It is a touching ceremony put together by some wonderful teachers.

BT-RO Run for the Fallen

Judith, Joe and all their helpers staged a spectacular day at Wood National Cemetery with Milwaukee's Run for the Fallen. The weather was magnificent, but being with so many special people was even better. The Castners are looking forward to next year's walk. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

~ Mr & Mrs Castner ~ I have just viewed the photos that you have on the BTRO site about Stephen. I was deeply touched. We have met on two prior occasions. The last time was at the Goldstar Family Conference last spring in Appleton. I pray that the Good Lord has you in his care, and that Stephen is at peace in heaven. Know that I pray for you and all Goldstar families daily. I also keep Stephen and all of the American Fallen in my thoughts/prayers each day. May God bless you. With deepest regards, Michael Weaver, Patriot Guard, Sr. Ride Cpt, N.E.WI.~ Army Medic, Vietnam, 1968-69 ~
