My Mother always talked about my Uncle Del and my Grandpa who died in Vietnam. Delfin was her older brother whom she looked up to and loved very much. I have gotten to know his personality and humor through letters he wrote her when he was overseas. From the stories she tells he loved his family, and his country. Grandpa, served in numerous conflicts mostly as a civil engineer.......Uncle Del you and Grandpa are absolutely my Heros and I can not wait till the day I get to meet you in Heaven!!! You two would be proud to know your Grandsons, Nephews, Granddaughters, Nieces have carried on the fine tradition of serving our country....We Miss and love you......
